You see what we see. Every day.

Every client gets a login on day one. Campaign numbers update continuously — sends, replies, meetings booked, meetings held, and what we've invoiced. No waiting for a monthly deck, and no version of the numbers that only we can see.

Below is what that portal looks like on a running account.

Week 6 of a live engagement

This is the shape of the Monday report once an account is running. Every figure here is illustrative — it shows the format, not our results.

Reply rate by segment

Higher-intent segments reply at roughly double the core list.

What changed this week

Moved the hiring-signal segment to a shorter first email. Reply rate on that tier went from 4.2% to 6.1%.

What isn't working

The core list is underperforming at 3.4%. Two of five booked meetings no-showed. Tightening qualification and adding a same-day confirmation step before scaling this segment further.

The part most agencies leave out

Every Monday the report arrives with two written sections: what changed this week, and what isn't working.

That second section is deliberate. Any agency can report a good week. Telling you which segment is underperforming, and which meetings no-showed, before you ask — that's how you know the numbers in the good weeks are real.

No-shows appear in your portal and are never invoiced. You only ever pay for meetings that actually happened.
