The performance-based cold email agency.
We build the list, write the copy, send, and handle every reply for B2B companies. You take the meetings, and you pay only when a meeting actually happens: the prospect shows up and attends.

2–3 wks
kickoff to first sends
Honest ramp — no burned domains, no magic.
Most outbound is broken. Here's why.
AI SDR tools
Autonomous “AI SDRs” blast generic slop at scale. Churn is public, reviews are brutal, and your domain reputation pays the price.
Retainer agencies
$3–5K a month whether meetings happen or not. Their incentive is the invoice, not your calendar.
Doing it in-house
Deliverability, lists, copy, replies — a full-time job stapled onto someone's real job. It slips within a month.
How it works
01 · Week 0
Kickoff
Your ICP, your offer, and what counts as a qualified meeting — agreed in writing before anything sends.
02 · Weeks 1–2
Build
Managed sending infrastructure, verified prospect lists, and copy angles written for replies. Domains are registered for your brand and transfer to you whenever you ask.
03 · Weeks 2–3
Launch
Careful ramp. We watch bounces, replies and inbox placement daily. AI drafts each answer, a person reads every reply and approves what sends.
04 · Weeks 3–5
Meetings
Qualified meetings land on your calendar with briefing notes. You pay per meeting held. That's it.
Everything handled.
Sending infrastructure
Domains, inboxes, DNS, warmup and deliverability monitoring — built and run for you, on one flat monthly fee.
List building & verification
Hand-checked ICP lists, verified before a single send.
Copy that gets replies
Plain-text, specific, written per angle — not templates.
Managed reply handling
AI drafts the answer, a person reads every reply and approves what sends. Usually within hours.
Booking & reminders
Meetings booked straight to your calendar, with reminder flows that protect show-rates.
Weekly reporting
Sends, replies, meetings — the numbers, weekly, no vanity metrics.
Pricing you can read without a sales call.
Most agencies hide it behind a quote.
$750
one-time setup
Everything up to a verified launch: authenticated infrastructure, your ICP sized against real contact counts, copy you approved, and a placement test passed before the first prospect is emailed. Paid once, with your first month of infrastructure.
$249–999/mo
managed sending infrastructure
Domains, inboxes, warm-up and deliverability monitoring, by volume. Your first month is invoiced with setup at signing; monthly billing starts 30 days later, or at launch if that is later.
$250
per held meeting
A qualified decision-maker, on your calendar, who showed up. No-shows don't bill.
What counts as a held qualified meeting
- ✓They attended. A no-show or a cancellation never bills.
- ✓An ICP-matching decision-maker, not whoever happened to reply.
- ✓They meet the qualification bar you set in writing at kickoff, before anything sends.
- ✓Three business days to dispute any meeting. A disputed meeting is never billed.
How we compare, by the numbers they publish.
Full disclosure: this is our page and we are in the table. Every competitor figure is from their own published pricing, linked, and checked on 2026-09-03. Where a company does not publish a number we say so rather than guess.

We eat our own cooking.
We run our own outbound on the same system we build for you: the same domains, warm-up and placement tests, with the results published in our own portal. We don't send a campaign until it passes the placement gate we hold client campaigns to. Ask to see our portal on the call.
The Outboundwell team
Questions, answered straight.
Do you only charge when the meeting actually happens?+
Yes. A meeting bills only when the prospect shows up and attends. A no-show is $0, a cancellation is $0, and a meeting with the wrong person or the wrong company can be disputed within three business days and is not billed. That is what "held" means in our contract: attended, by an ICP-matching decision-maker, against a qualification bar you set in writing at kickoff. Most pay-per-meeting agencies bill when a meeting is booked; we bill when it happens.
What counts as a held meeting?+
A meeting with a decision-maker who matches the ICP we agree on in writing at kickoff, and who actually attended. No-shows and reschedules only bill once the meeting happens. The definition lives in the contract, not in fine print. Most pay-per-meeting agencies bill on booked meetings instead, which at a 60% show rate makes a $500 quote cost $833 per meeting that actually happens.
Why is there a setup fee?+
It buys a verified launch rather than a start date. Before a single prospect is emailed: domains registered to your brand and authenticated, mailboxes warmed, your ICP sized against real contact counts so you know the market is there before we send, copy written and approved by you, and a seed placement test run and published to you, pass or fail. $750 covers that once. Market-standard setup for this runs $1,500–5,000, and ours is deliberately lower because the per-meeting model is where we earn. Your first month of infrastructure is invoiced alongside it, so there is nothing further for you to approve later.
What does the infrastructure cost, and who owns it?+
$249 to $999 a month depending on your sending volume, covering domains, inboxes, warm-up and deliverability monitoring. The first month is invoiced with your setup fee at signing, because that is when we register domains and build mailboxes. Monthly billing then starts 30 days after that invoice is paid, or the day your first prospecting email sends if that is later, so we never bill you for a month in which nothing sent. You authorise it once from your portal and nothing is charged until that date. Every domain is registered for your brand and transfers to you on request, free, whenever you ask. The mailboxes run on managed Google Workspace accounts that stay with us, so there is nothing for you to administer and nothing to migrate.
How fast do meetings show up?+
Honest answer: weeks 3–5. New sending domains need warmup before real volume — anyone promising meetings in week one is burning a domain to do it. First sends go out around week 2–3, replies follow, meetings land from week 3 on.
Am I locked into a contract?+
A three-month initial term, then month-to-month with 7 days' notice. If you leave inside the first three months, all you owe is the infrastructure fee for the months remaining — there is no early-termination penalty and no annual lock-in. The contract protects both sides and defines what a qualified meeting is.
What if the meetings don't come?+
Then we don't get paid — that's the point of the model. You'd be out the setup fee and infra costs, which together are less than most agencies' first month's retainer.
