$750

one-time setup

Covers kickoff, infrastructure build, list research, and copy. Paid once, on the call.

~$250–400/mo

infrastructure, at cost

Domains and inboxes billed directly to your card. You own all of it — keep everything if we ever part ways.

$250

per held meeting

A qualified decision-maker, on your calendar, who showed up. No-shows don't bill.

A worked example

10 held meetings in a month = $2,500 to us.
Zero meetings = $0 to us.

Your only fixed costs are the one-time $750 setup and your own infrastructure (~$250–400/mo) — together less than most agencies' first month's retainer.

Infrastructure, at cost

  • · 8–10 sending domains — ≈ $120/year
  • · 16–30 inboxes — ≈ $200–350/month
  • · Billed directly to your card, never marked up
  • · You own every domain and inbox
  • · Part ways anytime — the whole system stays yours

What counts as a held qualified meeting?

A meeting with a decision-maker who matches the ICP we agree on in writing at kickoff, and who actually attended. No-shows and reschedules bill only once the meeting happens. The definition lives in the contract — you'll read it before you sign, not discover it on an invoice.

Pricing questions

What counts as a held meeting?+

A meeting with a decision-maker who matches the ICP we agree on in writing at kickoff, and who actually attended. No-shows and reschedules only bill once the meeting happens. The definition lives in the contract, not in fine print.

Why is there a setup fee?+

The first two weeks are real work before any email sends: infrastructure, list building, and copy. $750 covers that once. Market-standard setup fees for this run $1,500–5,000 — ours is deliberately lower because the per-meeting model is where we earn.

What does the infrastructure cost, and who owns it?+

Roughly $250–400/mo for sending domains and inboxes, billed directly to your card. You own every domain and inbox. If we ever part ways, you keep the entire system.

How fast do meetings show up?+

Honest answer: weeks 3–5. New sending domains need warmup before real volume — anyone promising meetings in week one is burning a domain to do it. First sends go out around week 2–3, replies follow, meetings land from week 3 on.

Am I locked into a contract?+

Month-to-month with 7 days' notice. There is a contract — it protects both sides and defines what a qualified meeting is — but there's no annual lock-in.

What if the meetings don't come?+

Then we don't get paid — that's the point of the model. You'd be out the setup fee and infra costs, which together are less than most agencies' first month's retainer.
